Your contact will oversee the day-to-day running of the property. That includes ensuring any repairs are carried out to a high standard.
You won’t have to worry about visiting your property – or properties. It can be time-consuming if you have several rental residences in various locations. We’ll carry out the regular visits to make sure your property is in good order.
We make sure the rent is collected on time and paid into your account. We also ensure that any bills for contractors who work on the property are paid
